The 2018 Latrobe Lilium Show will be held at the Latrobe Memorial Hall.
Doors are open from 1 to 4 pm on Saturday 27th January and from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday 28th January.
All go for this weekend. It’s been an early year for lilies. Hence we are down to Oriental Hybrids and the species from which they were derived. Lots of amazing new styles – large and small. Probably the best range of forms of Lilium auratum and Lilium speciosum we’ve ever seen.
Latrobe Lilium Show is the later of our two annual shows and features large and impressive Oriental Lilium Hybrids, along with a range of later Hybrid and Species Liliums. An amazing feast of colour and perfume!
This will be our 4th annual show at this excellent venue and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Floral Art is a major feature at these shows. We have some very experienced and capable floral artists as well as some highly talented, relative newcomers. This provides a dynamic mix with some amazing floral artistry on show.
A well-stocked trade table with lilies and other plants, cut-flowers, and selected lilium seed.
Demonstrations are always available on a range of Lilium-related subjects, from growing from seed to the art of hybridising.
Latrobe Lilium Show always includes many of the latest Tasmanian Hybrids as well as a range of other hybrid and species Liliums.
Morning and Afternoon Teas, as well as Light Lunches available at a modest cost.
Entry: Adults $4. Accompanied children admitted free of charge.
